Email is suitable when the inquiry includes a fiber specification, yarn card, process sheet or test request. The form is suitable when material form and conversion fields still need to be structured.

Do not send confidential formulations or controlled process data before an appropriate transfer arrangement exists. The initial screen requires end use and material parameters, not proprietary production settings.

Contact details route inquiries. They do not establish availability, production site, certification scope, price or lead time.

Prepare the requirement

Fields that make materials comparable

Describe the end use and downstream process: spinning, knitting, weaving, nonwoven formation, sewing or another conversion route. State whether the requested material is staple fiber, filament, spun yarn or thread.

Include identity, blend, staple length or fineness, linear density, denier or yarn count, filament count, twist, ply, luster, finish, color and package format where applicable. Identify the count system and units.

For a trial, state the process, equipment constraints, quantity and the decision the trial must support. A spinning sample, knitted panel, woven handloom or seam trial does not approve every future production lot.

Attach any incumbent material card or downstream defect description that is relevant to the change. Variation in moisture, finish, package build or lot can affect drafting, tension, dyeing and fabric appearance; these factors need a controlled trial rather than a name-only substitution.

For evidence, identify the method, specimen and acceptance requirement. For commercial comparison, include MOQ, forecast quantity, price basis, lead-time window, Incoterm and destination. Substitutions involving source, blend, finish, color or package require the relevant conversion and evidence checks to be repeated.
