Material identity

Generic and supplier designation, polymer or cellulosic identity, staple or filament form, blend percentage and available origin or chain-of-custody statement.

Physical definition

Fineness, cut length, linear density, denier, yarn count, filament count, twist, ply, luster, finish and package format where applicable.

Conversion context

Spinning system, knitting gauge, weave target, nonwoven process, sewing application, dye route, thermal exposure and handling constraints.

Approval context

Lab sample, conversion trial, panel, handloom, shade sample and production lot are given separate purposes and revision references.

Evidence context

Method, conditioning, specimen, direction, result, issuer, article, date and validity are retained with any technical or material claim.

Commercial context

MOQ, trial quantity, price basis, package, lead-time assumption, Incoterm, destination and inspection responsibility are aligned for comparison.
